Returns

Eligible for return

Items that are defective, damaged on arrival, significantly different from the product description, or change-of-mind returns (item must be unused and in original packaging).

Not eligible

Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or missing original packaging.

How to return

All purchases are fulfilled through our Shopee store. To initiate a return, open your Shopee order and select "Request Return." Once approved, you must ship the item back within 5 days to the return address provided by Shopee.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed through Shopee and returned to your original payment method.

12-Month Warranty

Warranty period

12 months from date of purchase (subject to local laws and regulations).

What's covered

Free maintenance service during the warranty period for failures caused by normal use. A valid serial number and proof of purchase are required to make a warranty claim.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Device disassembled, repaired, or modified by unauthorised personnel.
  • Device used in abnormal environmental conditions.
  • Failure caused by violating the user guidelines.
  • Physical damage caused by dropping, bending, or liquid exposure.
